On our website, we are committed to selling only authentic designer labels. 100% money back guaranteed if returned with 7 business days in same condition as received with tags attached (if any). If credit card was used for payment, charges will apply for returns. A credit will be issued minus all service charges on the 20th of each month, regardless of receiving returned item or items.
This applies to authenticity concerns only!

Shipping
Shipping is FREE! All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. If an item has sold before we can remove it from our web site, we will notify you via e-mail and you will only be charged for items that are available. All packages will be shipped insured of their purchase value and you will be notified via e-mail of the tracking number. Unless an expedited service is requested, (extra charges may apply) your order should arrive approximately 2-5 days after shipping.
International Shipping
We only ship within the United States at this time.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money orders and Checks (10 day merchandise hold if paying by check and a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.) Shopping with Kopy Kitty is 100% secure.
Returns
Due to the nature of our business, we can only except exchanges for other items or you may request a credit from our online boutique. Once your package has been delivered, you have 3 days to notify us of the problem via email info@kopykitty.com and 7 days after delivery to send us a tracking # on the returned package. All packages must be insured of the purchased price and return charges are the customers responsibly. All return items must be in the same condition as when you received it and “security” tags must be attached. In order for Kopy kitty to allow an exchange or issue a store credit, all returns must follow these guide lines, no exceptions! If an item is marked “FINAL SALE” neither exchanges nor store credit will be issued.
